Product EngineeringAs a Junior Product Engineer at the Herentals office, you will work independently or as part of a team to design and create technical solutions for projects related to industrial products. You will maintain contact with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and other departments at VIRO. You provide innovative input, love taking on technical challenges, and are driven to develop yourself and your project team in the professional area. This is a versatile position that involves lots of contact with people inside and outside the company. You will be supervised by a senior product engineer as you work at our office in Herentals. You'll also be able to work at our clients’ premises and demonstrate your expertise.

You have completed a university degree or higher professional education degree related to Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics (this would be an asset), or similar
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in the field
You are a team player, but you can also work perfectly well on your own
You are driven to manage, encourage, and motivate people
You’re interested in and have knowledge and experience of industrial projects
Knowledge of 3D CAD software (NX, Creo, and Catia) would be an asset.
A good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German would be an asset
